Terms and conditions
Last updated 18 October 2026. These terms apply to the Binoch app for macOS and to this website. By downloading or using Binoch you agree to them. Binoch is made by Bilel Sabkhi, an individual developer ("I", "me").
Licence
I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Binoch on Macs that you own or control. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, except where the law gives you that right regardless of this clause.
Ownership
Binoch, its name, its icon and its original sounds belong to me. Mac, macOS, MacBook, Music and AirPods are trademarks of Apple Inc. Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB. Binoch is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by either company.
Permissions and your data
Features that need a system permission work only if you grant it, and you can withdraw it at any time in System Settings. How the app handles data is described in the privacy policy.
No warranty
Binoch is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Features depend on your Mac, your version of macOS and the apps you use, and may change or stop working after a system update. I do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from the use of or inability to use Binoch. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Updates and termination
I may release updates and may change or remove features. You may stop using Binoch at any time by deleting it. I may end your licence if you break these terms.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Binoch after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, and any dispute is for the courts of Tunisia, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
